The HD63C09P is the highest 8-bit microprocessor of HMCS6800 family, which is compatible with the conventional HD6809. The HD63C09P has hardware and software features which make it an ideal processor for higher level language execution or standard controller applications. The HD63C09P is complete CMOS device and its power dissipation is extremely low. Moreover, the SYNC and CWAI instruction makes low power application possible.
